Is Overflow a replacement for Goals?

No. Overflow and Goals do different jobs. Overflow automatically fills its pouches with leftover money and does not have an amount in mind. A Goal is something you choose on purpose and save toward, like a set amount you want to reach. You can use them together by putting a Goal pouch into Overflow. Then that pouch gets its share from your Income Splitter plan plus any extra that lands in Overflow.
